Tuscan Essence
Visit and tasting of 3 significant labels of the essence of our terroir.
- Baciami – Spumante Brut Rosé: 100% Mammolo.
- Vivendi – Toscana IGT: White.
- Cosmus – Chianti Riserva DOCG: 100% Sangiovese.
The wines will be accompanied by Schiacciata tuscan bread, even without gluten on request and Olio EVO of our production.
Duration: 1h30.
Cost: from 4 to 7 people – 25,00 euros each. For 8 to 12 people – 20,00 euros each.

The Piandaccoli Classics
Visit and tasting of the 3 labels at the base of the Piandaccoli project. An approach to native vines that brings us back to the aromas and flavors of Renaissance wines.
- Cosmus – Chianti Riserva DOCG: 100% Sangiovese.
- InPrimis – Toscana IGT: Sangiovese with Pugnitello and Foglia Tonda.
- Maiorem – Toscana IGT: Sangiovese with Pugnitello, Foglia Tonda, Mammolo and Colorino.
The wines will be accompanied by Schiacciata tuscan bread, raw ham and a selection of Tuscan cheeses and our own EVO oil.
Duration: about 2 h.

Wines from the Renaissance
Visit and tasting of our 4 labels from native vines vinified in purity. The best way to understand the value of these crop varieties that risked disappearing from the wine scene. Rare products.
- Barsaglina of the Tuscan Renaissance IGT: 100% Barsaglina nera.
- Mammolo of the Tuscan Renaissance IGT: 100% Mammolo.
- Foglia Tonda of the Tuscan Renaissance IGT: 100% Foglia Tonda.
- Pugnitello of the Renaissance Tuscany IGT: 100% Pugnitello.
The wines will be accompanied by Schiacciata Tuscan bread, also without gluten upon request, raw ham and a selection of Tuscan cheeses and our own EVO oil.
