Sangiovese wine in purity with a very intense pink color, tending to orange. The nose is rich in herbaceous essences and minerals that leave room for citrus fruits. In the mouth, the acidity and flavor of a wine reign, which for the youth is still a little angular. Light tannin, interesting finish of small red fruits.
Operandi
Operandi grows in our best Sangiovese vineyards, where our clayish and calcareous terroir transfers to the grapes a strong minerality and an important freschness. The colour is an oniony pink and the fragrant bouquet features red fruits and citrus notes; beatifully full on the palate, with persistent savoury notes.
A triumph of freschness which remains balanced with its taste.
