Maiorem

The idea that led us along the route aimed at rediscovering the autochthon vines comes into its own with this stunning intense ruby red wine.
It has initial nose of boise’, maraschino cherry, graphite and laurel, followed by notes of liquorice.
The firm but not excessive structure, sweet and smooth tannins with an intense aromatic persistence and an end note of fresh plum make this an important and well-balanced wine.

Note organolettiche

A blend of Sangiovese, Pugnitello, Foglia Tonda, Mammolo and Colorino. It is a brilliant ruby red wine with slightly garnet outlines. On the nose the red fruits combine with a note of vanilla, which intrigues the clear herbaceous and balsamic nuances. In the mouth it is fresh, delicate, with a well tamed tannin. The finish is long and gives a pleasantly bitter sensation.

Food pairing

Red meats, roasts, aged cheeses.

Note dell'esperto

Very harmonious, at its apogee.
